18 Day Itinerary Feedback - MyanmarI fly to Yangon next week, and have a general itinerary that I would love feedback on.
7th: Yangon: arrive in the morning - do the usual activities and circle train
8th: Yangon-Bagan: catch the over night bus
12th: Bagan- Kalaw (overnight in Kalaw)
13th: Kalaw trek to Inle
14th: Kalaw-Inle trek (arrive Inle)
18th: Inle–Mandalay- pyinoolwin- Kyaukme (take over night bus from Inle to Mandalay, take pick up to pyinoolwin, then train to Kyaukme OR bus from Inle to Mandalay and then bus to Kyaukme see day 22)
19th: Kyaukme - trek
20th: Kyaukme - trek
21st: Kyaukme - trek
22nd: Kyaukme - Mandalay (morning bus) OR should i take train from Kyaukme to pyinoolwin, and then pick up to Mandalay)
25th: fly out from Mandalay in the afternoon
Do I seem to have too many days in certain areas or too little? Does it sound unreasonable on certain days (specifically the 18th?).
Thanks for all your feedback!

1Looks good to me. Did pretty much the same schedule but in reverse, and skipped out Mandalay. Looks a good pace without overdoing it.
PS - I have some pics, mainly or the people around Kyaukme, if you want a taster....

Three days trek.
We ended up trekking independently - for reasons I can go into if you wish, but I'll probably end up ranting! Personally, I think it opened up many opportunities we wouldn't have had with a guide - however, I would recommend taking one solely for translation purposes. Not one single person in those hills, unsurprisingly, speaks any English.
The folk are friendly, so plenty of villagers will invite you in for teas, meals and accommodation. Routes generally easy to follow, though did get sidetracked and ended up having to spend the last night roughing it in a paddy shack.
It was the highlight of our trip through SE Asia mainland.
