Whale watching - Which is best, morning or afternoon
Planning to take a trip to see whales from Reykjavik in mid May.When is the best time to go morning or afternoon?

That depends... Are you a morning person?Whale watching is typical something that is good in specific periods of the of the year (especially when whales are migrating).. Time of day have usually little to do with it...
But if you are prone to seasickness waters tend to be easier in the morning - but I have no idea about the specifics in with the waters around Reykjavik...
Usually (as a general rule) I would say go in the morning.. If something goes wrong, there's fog or you don't see any whales you might be able to rebook for another trip later on the day...

Enjoy your Trip in Iceland! According to my experience it´s better in the afternoon, also i agreed that it depends on specific periods of the year.
