Please help me boil down my trip plan!!Well ive posted here before, with i would say fairly reasonable itineraries and i got some great advice from some forum members here. But the more i research I do about Europe, the more i find places i find that im intensely interested in. Im like a hoarder of potential destinations! This will be my first trip to europe as an adult. Im in college in the US and I will be going alone.
Im most interested in nightlife/friendly english speakers , Nature(especially mountains and lakes), and classical or renaissance art
More thrifty places are of course more appreciated too.
Must see! (due to friends!)
Anyways, heres my list.
Obviously too many places to visit!! i need help!

OK, let's give it shot
Perhaps BErnese Oberland? (don't know much about it)
There. Drop Paris, Venice, Prague and Munich.

2Post your timeframe and budget, as that will give you the most helpful advice.
For mountains and lakes Switzerland is the winner for me, but give that extra info to allow a more thorough itinerary.

850 Euro is doable, but it will be tight and the wish list would make it expensive as you would be travelling from Paris to Bosnia.
Just brainstorming here, Maybe fly into Berlin to start your journey then head south to Czech Republic continuing to Slovakia and Hungary. Continue South to Croatia before heading west to Italy, with maybe a stop in Slovenia. That would be my suggested itinerary.
A slight variation would be from Czech go Austria and and then Italy, meaning you could do things slower and experience more.
have a great journey no matter what you decide.

950 euros a day is very tight.
I hope that is separate from your flights to Europe and your transport between these places?
Even if it is,it will be a tight backpacker budget..basic dorm, cheap meals from supermarket/street food/cafe.not too many paid 'attractions'.

10Personally on that budget I'd be looking more at Eastern Europe (eg Bosnia,Croatia,Prague) with a little of western Europe.......the two places you have friends, plus maybe a few days in Munich or Venice (as they are nearby).
Switzerland is pretty expensive, and Paris,Amsterdam and Rome are well out of the way......
Of course it depends on what you like doing, and why you chose these destinations ;-)

11As has been said above you will need to stick to Eastern Europe to have any chance with that budget.
Maybe fly in to Berlin and out of Milan (for Verona) and do a half loop through Czech Republic/Poland/Slovakia/Hungary/Serbia/Bosnia and Hercegovina/Croatia (and maybe Slovenia or get the Split-Ancona ferry).
