Arriving Santo Domingo and hostels
Hi there,I'm arrving into SDQ, Santo Domingo on Thurs at 12.30 pm and could anyone please tell me the options on how to get to the Zona Colonial by the cheapest means. The taxi fares sound exorbitant for such a short distance. Also I heard that there is a shared van service but where do I get it from?
Also at this time, Jan 24-28, do we need air-conditioning in the evening? Could anyone recommend a good hostel which is well-located in the Zona Colonial, with kitchen and free wifi facilities?
