1We can book online but cant find an agent to issue tickets. Any clues ?
I'm not sure I'm getting right the problem. Did you book those flights online? Can't the web (or agent) where you booked them issue the tickets you booked?
If you booked your tickets, the agent/web where you booked them should be able to issue your tickets. If they aren't able to issue them, you should ask for a refund and book them other way.
If you haven't booked your tickets, you could try the Spanish version of Last Minute although I can't guarantee you they'll be able to issue your tickets sucessfully. You can give it a try though as they show (sometimes?) Eritrean Airlines' flight's fares so, theoretically, they should be able to book them.

2You cannot get ticket for Eritrean airlines online
Go to a travel agency when you get to Jeddah or better yet, pay at the airport!
Would love a report on your trip there!

3I've been trying in vain to buy tickets online as well... the only place (FareBuzz) that has priced a roundtrip ticket, the site has bad ratings.. Other sites will only price out an Eritrean ticket when combined with other airlines (Egyptair) which bumps the price up considerably. I'm also planning on flying from Jeddah. I'm actually flying into Jeddah on the Lufthansa flights that continue to/from Asmara but unfortunately can't buy just that segment.

4i found that http://www.zuji.com.sg/trips/search/flightsInternal?numLegs=2 will price out tickets on Eritrean. I didn't end up buying the tickets on the site though.
