Options to travel from Chiang Rai-Luang prabang and Vang vieng-Siem reap?

Options to travel from Chiang Rai-Luang prabang and Vang vieng-Siem reap?
Any suggestions to get from Chiang Rai to Luang prabang and from Vang vieng to Siem reap??? any information from someone who took a flight, boat or bus its welcomeIf the buses/boats take to long I would consider taking a flight to save time, coz I only have 5 weeks to visit Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam
The places I have in mind to visit in this countries are:
Laos . Luang prabang, Vang vieng (head south to Cambodia)
Cambodia . Siemp reap, Phnom penh (cross to Vietnam)
Vietnam . Ho chi minh, Nha trang, Hanoi, Sa pa, Ha long
some other suggestion of another place in this countries?
