Invivitation letter

Very quick question. Where planning to stay in a hostel called leo, in beijing when we arrive. for our visa which we apply for soon, it says we need to have an invitation letter. How do i get hold of said form??

I think you are usually required to produce an invitation letter or confirmed hotel and flight bookings.

You might be ok with confirmed flight into China, accommodation bookings, a detailed itinerary showing that you are exiting the country into Vietnam, and then a flight from Singapore to Australia.
