What would you guys do about your passport and money and wallet and stuff when you go do activities like this and scuba diving? Would you trust the room you have enough to leave your bag in there?
From talks with some of you (much appreciated might I add!) it seems like I should bring clothes, and that I basically pooped the bed taking out that money here. Which by the way, TD canada trust gave me a exchange rate of 37 per, and charged me 20 bucks to get the money ordered!
I followed Jagmans advice and got a PNB bank account set up. So now I dont have to pay the 200p or 300p atm fees.
Thx for the help all

Don't tell anyone but I leave it in my room locked in my pack when I'm doing something where I cant keep it with me. Buses and travel, in my front pocket, I've got a couple pairs of shorts that have a front zipper pocket. My trust level varies depending where I am but generally they don't come in your room to clean unless you ask. I don't carry a huge amount of money as a rule, just enough to carry me, I take out 10000p at a time & replenish when it gets down to 2 or 3000.19
I have never heard of anyone having cash or anything else stolen from a hotel room in Sagada, and I wouldn't hesitate to leave valuables. 20k is a lot of money up here, no special risk to it but unless you're staying a long time you won't need that much. ATMs in Sagada and Bontoc take international cards.20
I guess i screwed up. I took out 20,000 piso already in canada, thinking it was a good idea to come strapped to the phillis. as my idea was bringing not much, and buying clothes in manila in my first 3 days there, and a cell phone and loading up money on my new phone. From talks with some of you (much appreciated might I add!) it seems like I should bring clothes, and that I basically pooped the bed taking out that money here.
