A week and a half in Spain? Any possible itineraries?

We've already seen Barcelona and with such limited time, we're having a hard time deciding where to go. Any ideas?

Maybe more than a thousand. It might it make it a bit easier if you could indicate:
1. When do you plan to go
2. What are your interests.

Sorry about the lack of information. It would be in mid-to-late August and we're a family of four from New York with two teenagers.

#fanta123, And do you intend to drive? (4 people might be logistically/financially interesting)
Age teenagers? And repeating #1: What do you like? Such as museums, beach, nature, medieaval practice as bullfighting etc.

Please re-read #2 and answer it.

Or go to a bookshop and get a good guidebook first. If you don't even make an effort to provide some basic info abou yourselves, why would we spend time make suggestions?

What do you like? What are you looking for in this trip? Beaches? Mountains? Art? Museums? Nature? Wildlife? Nightlife? Festivals? Shopping?...

A week and a half in Spain and someone says you must see 2 football stadiums. Wow.

If you are a football fun,

As the OP is American, in order to avoid confusion, perhaps, we should say soccer instead of football.

Just based on time of year (HOT) and the fact that you probably have great flight options from NYC, I'd say north. Research Galicia-Cantabria-Asturias-Basque region, and pick only one. I think San Sebastian would be particularly great with teens, as they can run around, go to beach, etc.
