Are you sure they are due to expire? The expiration date should be reset for all miles whenever you take a flight, but IT at LAN is useless so it doesn't always happen automatically and you end up with miles with different expiration dates. If you have some miles with a later expiration date contact LAN and explain the problem and they should manually reset the expiration dates on your older miles.
