Hebrew Question

This is from a military discharge letter.

הנני מאשר כי החלוש נמסר / לא נמסר לחייל

What might this mean?

I hereby certify that a (weakness or deficiency?) is attributed / not attributed to the soldier?

It comes right after a sentence saying "The soldier performed active duty service with excellence"

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think it probably says תלוש (T'lush)
i.e. pay slip, receipt, etc, was given/not given to the soldier

I also guessed (before seeing mbgg's reply) that it is תלוש!
Weakness - which obviously makes no sense in this context - is חולשה.

Thank you. That makes sense. It was definitely a chet on the original, but there were several spelling errors all around.

Almost certainly a conscript (compulsory service), not a career soldier. :)
