Is it possible to visit Peru, Bolivia and Galapagos in 6/7 weeks?

I started off planning to skim the whole of SA in 6/7 weeks but, having read a fair few threads, realise that this would be crazy if not impossible. So are Peru, Bolivia and the Galapagos Islands a more realistic itinerary? Probably around 3 in Peru, 2 in Bolivia and 1 in the Galapagos Islands.
I've read a few suggestions that one month per country is ideal, but I'm happy to do a slightly less 'in-depth' trip. However, if you think I really won't be able to experience much of these places in six weeks, where would you focus? Could I do Peru and the Galapagos more realistically?
Any advice would be very much appreciated - TIA.

1It is possible of course but will involve much more travelling, more money and will be more rushed. If you consider to land in Lima there is an obvious gring trail to the southern parts of Peru including Cuzco and parts of Bolivia. This could be easily done in your timeframe. To include the Galapagos you should take a flight from Lima or don´t do Bolivia and explore some othe northern parts of Peru which are interesting too

3Good question. I spend more than a year backpacking in Southamerica and never went to the Galapagos. During that time I didn´t go to easter islands either but I went there some years ago and it was really amazing. I have been to many places in Ecuador but these islands never were really in my plans. Many people rave about it. Personally I would not go there and enjoy Peru and Bolivia.

6Another important aspect here is your budget...have you got the funds to go to the Galapagos, and do you want to spend them?
It is a great destination but a week there will cost you the same as your other 5 weeks put together.....

7Ah, that might be a problem then as funds are a little tight.
Do you have an estimation for the cost of a trip to the Galapagos - assuming mid-low range accommodation/tour etc?
