Outfitter advice

Planning a Kilimanjaro climb and camping safari in july 2013. Have our outfitters narrowed down to Zara, Ashante, Team Kilo, and Ultimate Kilimanjaro. Having a difficult time deciding. Any information/opinion/advice would be appreciated. We plan on a lemosho route for 8 days, then a 5 to 7 day low end safari. Do you get what you pay for? Is there a quality difference between them? How do we decide? Thanks bunches!

Ahsante Tours and Team Kibo can be cheap for Kilimanjaro but not sure of of their service. Have used Zara to my customers for Kilimanjaro 3 years ago they are 50/50. Arusha Company's are the best for Overland Safari. You can try the Company I am using right now for my customers which is World Tours And Safaris Tanzania. The other good company to compare the rate not the service is Bobby Trekking, Sunny Safaris, etc

All four of the companies that you mention are good (I am assuming you mean Team Kilimanjaro instead of Team Kilo). I doubt that you would regret any choice that you listed. Have a great trip.

I haven't used any of these groups.

The fellow that runs Ultimate Kilimanajro used to over advice here under the name UltimateKilimanjaro - his advice was exceptionally thoughtful and thorough. I always said, if he runs his business anything like the way he answered questions he must run a great company.

Not sure why you can't edit posts on this thread, but.....I meant to say "offer advice" not "over advice"!

Good luck!
