Booking train tickets from outside the country
I'm currently travelling around Thailand at the moment. In early december i fly to Phnom Penh, at the moment i dont have an outward ticket, i want to go to Vietnam afterwards. I would rather go overland probably to ho chi minh, after a few weeks in Cambodia. Is there anyway i can book a ticket say from PP to ho- chi minh before i fly to cambodia as i need proof i'm leaving the country.Hope someone can help.

You will not need evidence of an onward ticket upon entry into Cambodia. Also there are no trains running in Cambodia so you'll have to use a bus or bus/ boat combo. Bus is the quickest PP - HCMC.2

Thailand, Indonesia and possibly Phillipines are in a world of their own amongst SE Asian countries when it comes to proof of onward travel.
