According to Air Mandalay FAQ page, you have to pay 50% deposit via CC (faxed to their office in France or Thailand) or Western Union! It does give you an option to pay rest via CC but must be stated during the reservation. Or pay the remaining 50% cash when picking up ticket at least 2 hours before flight or day before. Their office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Will try to buy multiple tickets soon so will post an update.

Back from Myanmar let me tell you I had a great and fascinating time. Yes, I did pay my tickets with crisp and clean US$ in cash and yes the airplanes seemed a bit dated, but everything worked fine and I had safe landings even though the weather wasn't always that good. I had originally booked three independent Air Mandalay flights, but two of them got cancelled and I got booked on KBZ flights - but I was asked before via email if it was ok with me. Very well organized staff working with both airlines. No complaints at all.Edited by: Mary_Mac

http://www.air-mandalay.com/faq.htmlI hope you're aware that website is not the official Air Mandalay website. It's a passenger sales agent for the airline.

I had similar problems in indonesia when a flight was three days late for no apparent reason, the offered me nothing, tippex is great stuff. It must have been some dodgy airline you flew with in Indonesia then. By government regulation in Indonesia, if your flight is more than 3 hours delayed, you must get compensation. I know this for a fact because I deal with this every day when I go to work. :)

P.S. Forgot about the best part: They sent someone from their office to my hotel in Yangon to bring me my tickets as their office was already closed ( I arrived on a Sunday afternoon), because my flight to Bagan was on Monday morning and there was no other way to get to my tickets otherwise. Pretty cool, huh?!22
AlexaAs 6tango says
Do not use airline websites with a hyphen in them- (Air-Bagan,Air-Mandalay,Lao-Air)hey are a French Agent masquerading as the Airline and there have been problems with them in the past
I paid my deposit but there were no tickets on arrival & I had to buy new ones, losing my 50%.
