Need your opinion - ideal hostel
Hi, guys!I'll be very grateful, if you can find a couple of minutes to answer. Guys, what is your ideal hostel? When choosing one for staying what are you paying attention at first? Price, location, reviews, atmosphere? What do you think, must ideal hostel have a national character? Do you have any recommendations to hostel owners in Moscow and Russia at all?
Thanks in advance!

Most important to me would be the following in no real order:location (inside the Garden ring within a 10 minute walk from the metro and near a supermarket or grocery store)
presence of laundry facilities (there are very few if any laundramats in Moscow)
number of bathrooms per residents (lots of places have insufficient toilets and showers for the number of bunks)
private rooms (doubles with a double bed, not just two twins)

The two main things for my wife and myself are location and cleanliness. The hostel must be located within a 10 minute walk of the main sights or a well connected metro stop.
Secondly, it must be clean, well swept, no insects. If things are a little worn, that's okay as long as they're clean. A good housekeeper is worth her weight in gold.

Here is a very interesting option. Russian sanatoriums http://moreaboutrussia.blogspot.ru/2013/01/the-oka-river-prioka-sanatorium-spring.htmlI write about the advantages. WE mostly with my husband stay at sanatoriums not hotels.
