The Etoile de Marrakech springs to mind, although I haven't eaten there recently. It's at the angle of rues Charles Gounod and Pasteur in St Denis, more or less opposite the Plaza cinema.
Another one is the Hammam Sarah, 42bis rue Alexis de Villeneuve in St Denis. I've yet to eat there myself, but I've heard it's good and I think there's a belly-dancer.
