Any latest New on the Border at Moyale?

Hi

I will be in Addis on Nov 20 and plan to travel to Omo Valley and cross border to kenya. Few questions

1. Is it safe to cross border at Moyale?
2. Can I get Kenya Visa at the border?
3. Is any one also going to Kenya around this time? May be,we can go together. Drop me an email.

Also, be sure to look on a map. Moyale is not in the Omo valley.
