It is 20$ Visa application may be obtained at Ethiopia’s diplomatic missions overseas –Nationals of 37 countries are now allowed to receive their tourist visas on arrival in Ethiopia at the regular charge including Argentina ,Australia ,Austria ,Belgium ,Brazil, Canada ,Czech Republic ,Denmark ,Finland ,France, Germany ,Greece, India , Ireland ,Israel, Italy, Japan ,Republic of Korea, and north Korea Kuwait, Luxembourg ,Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway ,Poland, Portugal, Russian federation, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, citizens of United Kingdom and United State .5
Be aware that the time it takes can be 5 mins to 75.....if coming on LHR-ADD flight , it is usually quick as most people on flight will be in transit. If you want to avoid small chance of long wait....get it in London Embassy!!
