Calcutta!
where else in India can you travel around a city by tram, taxi, auto rickshaw, human rickshaw(when i was last there) cucle rickshaw, underground railway and ferry all within the course of a day!!

Oh ! Calcutta!

Yes the old capital of India has managed to maintain its unique character with its famous trams, yellow taxis and the human pulled rickshaws and for me Kolkata has the most delicious Rusgullahs in India !

Kolkata and also Varanasi would provide great opportunities for photography !

Just to be different - Bidar - no tourists, untouched, fascinting India getting on with living no hassle.

A major tourist spot - Udaipur

Least desirable - Mumbai if I want to visit a Western ciy, I'd choose London or Madrid.
