Louvre Museum : Free Luggage = Free Locker? And Ticket issueHello,
I am planning to spend a day in Louvre museum before departing to another city. I have a 40 L backpack and I read there is free luggage service in Louvre
Does it mean a free locker? Can it accommodate 40 L backpack?
Will there be a long queue to buy an entrance ticket in Louvre museum in Friday morning that I'd better buy online? Is the price the same with the one sold in ticket sales outside Louvre museum listed in the below page of this Louvre website http://www.louvre.fr/en/online-tickets
Or, can I buy a ticket a day in advance directly in Louvre museum?
Thank you in advance.

3The Louvre web site seems to answer the question:
Coat and Luggage Checks
Visitors with tickets or passes may use the museum's coat and luggage checks free of charge.
Checked objects must be picked up the same day.
For safety and comfort reasons, voluminous bags are not allowed inside the museum galleries (Visitor regulations, Article 8). Visitors are therefore advised not to bring large bags or cases to the Louvre.
Coat checks under the Pyramid: open every day except Tuesday, from 9 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., and until 9:45 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Luggage checks under the Pyramid: open every day except Monday and Tuesday, from 9 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., and until 9:45 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Coat checks at the Porte des Lions: open every day except Tuesday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

10Oh ya, about the ticket, apparently all online ticket booking requires us to collect the ticket in Louvre Museum ticket booth, and it costs more than 1 euro more expensive.
Buying the ticket directly in Louvre Museum is cheaper and there are many ticket machines that we can purchase the ticket by self-service, and the number of the ticket machines are quite many so that there is no queue.
