Vaccinations?
Various websites tells me I need this and that. The only thing they agree on is Hep A and Hep B.I'm going to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai (possibly Pai) might be some day hikes there and to Krabi/Koh Lanta - as well as Phnom Penh and Siem Reap/Angkor Wat - just over 3 weeks.
Do I need anything else?

As far as I know you don't "need" anything, just recommendations so this is probably why it varies. Whether you chose to have them is personal preference. I like the MASTA website and they give a travel brief for free. I am covered for Hep A & B but also always covered for typhoid, tenanus, diptheria & meningitis as standard. (and had polio & MMR as a child which most people do). And the BCG. Like I say, some of these are standard vaccines for us in the UK anyway, not specific for travel. So you may have already had them depending on where you are from.7
I have Hep A and Hep B, plus the usual typhoid, tetanus and diptheria (and polio and MMR as a child).I would definitely get Hep A as whilst the incidence is much less than it used to be it's much more prevalent here than in the West (I was shocked when I found out how many of my colleagues parent's have contracted it: almost 30%, compared to no-one I know in the West where it's not a routine vaccine) .
Hep-B you generally only need if you are in a high risk group and likely to come into contact with bodily fluids. In the West they generally only advise it if you work in the medical professions, or similar (which is the reason I had it there). It takes a course of injections spread over 6 months, IIRC, to get full immunity. Probably not worth it if you're only here for a holiday.
