Djibouti visa in Addis?
Hi everyone,I was wondering if anyone has updated info on getting a Djibouti visa in Addis Abeba. Apart from paperwork, photos and money (by the way, is it 145 USD now?!), is an outbound air ticket and a hotel reservation also required? I'll be entering from Somaliland and exiting to Ethiopia by land and only have an air ticket from Addis Abeba afterwards.
Many thanks for any help and advise!

Hi againWell, no answered my post so I went through the process and here are some tips to get a Djibouti visa in Addis: 1 form, 2 photos, 120 USD and a bunch of other things such as hotel reservation, in/out ticket, authorization from the ministry of tourism...well, a headache. Nevertheless, all these things (except the first three of course) can be replaced by a letter from your embassy in Addis. I rushed to mine and if you depose all stuff until 11.30am, you can get your visa till 1pm, while waiting, from the nice lady of the visa section!
Cheers!

HiIt's a regular LOI, Letter of introduction, just ask for that in your embassy and they know what to write. Mine was in French, mentioned my personal data and my wish to visit Djibouti as a tourist. No big frills!
Cheers!
