Cubana website

The cubana website is down. I was just wondering if anyone knew if this has happened before? I called to a Cubana office in Toronto, & they said they wouldn't know when they're going to fix it. Maybe some of y'all have had to deal with this before? Can it take up a couple weeks? Months?

I've tried using the Cubana site for the last week. It was never down. However the part which allows one to check flight dates and prices has not been working and still is not working. I called Cubana and was told they have no information about when it will work again.

But JA - you can't book a flight, as #3 says, and it has been like this for a while now. Aren't your flight-booking fields greyed out? Might be a Melbourne thing.

I was able to book a flight 2 weeks ago on this site, owing to the fact i didnt have time to get to my regular agent.

My apologies to all here - before posting #4 I only opened my bookmarked link and didn't check the site was actually functioning!
So if wanting a Cubana flight would need to try either via an agent or another booking site such as Cuba Junky, CTN etc etc
Sorry!

Yes but as Jen and gulik say - right NOW it is non-operational sadly.
I have found it extremely reliable over the years hence I didn't check properly yesterday.

Why would you consider booking a flight with a company that can't even keep up it's website?

This is probably an urban legend , but maintenance is an issue in Cuba.

Its not an urban legend!

I was never so happy as when they finally got rid of the old russian planes flying between cancun and havana.
