6It's quite easy to see the more famous Toraja sites not far from Rantepao without a guide.
Day 1 Lemo, Londa, Kete Kesu
Day 2 Batutumonga, Lokomata
But Do hire a guide to take you to the more remote villages. They know where the latest funeral and wedding ceremonies are taking place.

7I was in Rantepao recently: Mart's Café (which is often metioned in previous posts about Toraja guides), no longer excists.
