re-entering India with multiple-entry visa

I'll be in India for 4 weeks on multiple entry visa. Then I plan to go to Nepal (getting Nepal visa at the border) for 10 days, and then return to India for another 2 weeks. I've read that you have to be out of India for 2 months before you can get back in even on a multiple entry visa. Is this true for the travel plans I have? If so, is there any way around it? Thanks a lot.

Do a search on this forum. That question gets asked almost weekly by people.

It's fine.

Not sure what do you mean by BKK, but I wanted to ask if re-entry is allowed after visiting to Singapore as well. Thanks!

BKK aka Bangkok. In any case the 2 month rule just got rescinded!! Just saw a post where the long term visa holder spent a night in Nepal and returned to India to start a new period on the visa. So its wide open as far as we can interpret and for how long who knows..
