Thanks for all the replies! Right, decided on the coast, flying into Cancun.All-inclusive hotels seem to be the best value for money but am really worried about getting 'stuck' in a touristy rip-off area! Options are Now Sapphire, Marina El Cid and Sandos Playacar. What is Puerto Morelos like? I'm guessing not as 'bad' as Playa del Carmen?
Could stay in Tulum too....
We would like to do day trips to Valladoid....Chichen Itza....etc etc!
