Cape town airport - Getting there and away. There is a bus!

I havent read about it on the TT so here it is. Yes there is a bus! Myciti bus. A friend took it yesterday. It`s 57 Rand.

Indeed there is a regular bus from CT airport to the city centre (and vice versa) - part of the MyCiTi bus network. A write-up with photos of a trip on a MyCiTi bus can be found here. The MyCiTi web site is here.

Cape Town's MyCiTi airport service has been running for more than two years now - it started before the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. Work is ongoing to expand the network all over greater Cape Town.
