15Hmm - 3 days for Pamukkale/Heirapolis is a bit much. Two days, to include a trip to Afrodisias would be better.
And rather than Izmir, stay in Selcuk - a 3 km walk from Ephesus and a lovely, laid-back town. While there, take a taxi ride up the mountain to see Meryemana - Mary's house. It's a lovely site and the walk down the mountain gives spectacular views. (Someone is bound to offer you a lift when you get tired.)
I take it your days are including bus rides onwards? Otherwise, no need to spend so long in, eg, Lake Egirdir; I don't know the Saklikent Gorge, maybe it's worth 2 days?

Last year we spent three nights and two full day in Eğirdir and did not lack for interesting things to do. The lake and the surrounding area are beautiful. A decent cave and nice national park are nearby. Much trout farming in the area and believe me when I say that the water in the streams while beautiful is COLD!
Area attractions beyond the town and lake may be difficult or impossible to access via public transportation.
