9 countries in 15 days. (...) I am very flexible with the planning so is there any where (a city or a town) in any of those countries I should not miss?

With 9 countries in 15 days, you are lucky if you will see any city other than that from behind a window in the bus or train... :)

Well, nr. 2 i can't answer, there are so many places in these countries and it all depends on your interest. So best is to read a guide book and see for yourself which places to visit.

About troubles at the border with Kosovo/Serbia: there are no problems if you enter Kosovo through Serbia, and get back to Serbia, or to another country. You will only get problems if you enter Kosovo, for example via Macedonia, and then enter Serbia. Then the Serbs will probably say you've entered Serbian territory illegally. So just don't enter Serbia through Kosovo, unless you came from Serbia (so Serbia - Kosovo and back to Serbia again).

If macedonia is on your list, this might be the better place to enter Kosovo. Just dont go from Kosovo into Serbia, as the previous poster has said
