Kinosaki Onsen VS Kurokawa Onsen

I am going to Japan for my honeymoon next year in April, and am looking to stay in a Ryokan. I have done a bit of research and found that both Kinosaki and Kurokawa are the best places to enjoy Japan's onsen.

From all that I have read, I am now very confused on where to go. I wish to enjoy the Rutemburo and private onsen which Kurokawa is apparently very famous for, but Kinosaki appears to be better in Spring as we can apparently see the Sakura there. The information on whether they have private onsen/rutemburo or not is rather sketchy, and the best that I found is Kojinmari which has a private semi rotemburo onsen attached to the room.

I need opinions from people who have been there before, please tell me which is the better of the two in the Spring season, and whether any of you have any other suggestions on where to go. I will be going to Tokyo after our onsen getaway, so anyway near Tokyo is good as well.

Thank you very much to all in advance. :)

Where else are you going in Japan? Kinosaki and Kurokawa are somewhat far from Tokyo.

Hi~ I was thinking if I went to Kinosaki, I'd take a plane to Osaka, from there take a train to Kinosaki spend 3 days there, then take a train back to Osaka for a few days before going to Tokyo and flying straight home from there... If I go to Kurokawa, then I'd just go to Tokyo straight from there. =D Tokyo is the only definite place I want to go to, the onsen location is flexible. :)
