How to organize excursion to Krabi's cave Tham Klang?

We like to visit the caves, with a guide, are not pros, had wonderful time few years ago in Soppong, and now our trip will bring us to Krabi area. One of the recommended caves to explore is Tham Klang. I found an inteesting information but no contact (bellow) about this cave and really would like to spend more then 45 minutes exploring it.

Would you have any suggestions on how to organize such trip?

really appreciate your help.

"Tham Klang features the most beautiful stalagmites and stalactites of all kinds that can be visited in less than one hour. Most remarkable are the grisly hair stalactites of one to two millimeters in diameter. Absolutely unique are the stalactite hairs dangling from the ceiling invisible to the unsuspecting eye. Other highlights in the cave are the "Viewpoint" and the "Dome", the small fishpond at the "end" after 45 minutes in the cave, and the myriads of drinking straw stalactites growing from the ceiling 2 to 3 meters in height.
For cave freaks we mention that the cave is said to be 4 hours deep, but such a trip has to be arranged long in advance, best with the guide Gaeng and the cave freak Richard from Khao Lak who are waiting for an expedition to be put together."

Go to a travel agent. It's what they do.

Given that there are loads of web pages about it, I find it strange that local travel agents haven't heard about it.

Anyway, all you need to do is research it on the internet, print out a map, and get a travel agent to provide transport and a driver/ guide to get there.

Never heard about it either. Where in krabi is it?

Why did you mention Khao Lak?

http://www.freestyle-thailand.com/en/2210/AoLuk/Tham-Klang

says it was only discovered a few years ago and ao luk is almost 1 hour from krabi

doesn't look that impressive

you can do a kayaking tour in ao luk that visits some caves - no idea of the cave names but the kayaking is good and the caves reasonable

thanks, did the kayaking last year.

Khao lak was mentioned in a description that I found on a web site:

http://www.t-globe.com/national-parks-and-caves-in-tup-kaek and click on THam Klang, a pop up windo will bring this info
