Anyone has an experience with BOA?
Hi. I am planning to book round trip flights with BOA between Buenos Aires and La Paz.As it is a relatively new airline, I can hardly find information on it.
I want to know how it is like especially with regard to "punctuality".
An answer is oblige.

I'ts Bolivian company - this should tell you everything, for Bolivian standards they are pretty much ok4
Hi,I have been trying to book tickets Buenos Aires - La Paz and backf or a week now! BoAs homepage simply doesn't let me (empty pop up box keeps appearing, and yes I tried three different browsers). I emailed them and they have responded fairly quickly (within a day or so) and they made a reservation and asked me to pay on the homepage but same things happens when I want to pay. It's a fairly bug amount of money we are speaking about that I want to give them but they say "keep trying". I even tried to offer that I would give them the authority to type in my card details from their computer but they said no to that. I want to make this flight in two weeks and seems as I don't have many other choices here as we don't have time for taking a bus and all other airlines are crazy expensive.
I know a saw a thread somewhere about someone else experiencing troubles booking with BoA. If any one has any advice, please let me know! Or if you can come up with a better alternative I'd love to hear that to. Flying out from another city would for example be an option as well. Our final destination is Peru so wouldn't even need to go through Bolivia (allthough it would be a plus).

BoA website is a mess, try booking trough reputable agency in Bolivia like Kanoo ToursThey have direct access to the reservation system and can take payment trough you cc card or paypal
(shit, someone will really start to believe I'm getting paid by them, as I'm recommending it another time ;-) Nothing like that, really...)

It's foreign own and operated, so it's much more reliable than anything local. Being able to pay with your paypal / credit card online is also rare. They would probably charge about 3% (that's the norm for cc cards payment in Bolivia) , but just ask them!

It's not possible, you would need to be in Bolivia to make it work.Foreign transfer wouldn't be accepted and even if by any chance you would make it it will definitely cost you much more than 3%, besides you will loose your credit card protection for this transaction.
In simple words: don't.
