Accomodation Mae salong december

Hallo

We are 3 friends doing a 10 day trip by car of the far north.

We have been trying to book accomodation in Mae Salong. No luck. Either there is no response. Or all is full.

Which is a bit strange as we are talking december 9. How busy with turists can Mae Salon be early december?

Anyway, - any recommendations are welcome. Preferably with Tlf (that works) andan e-mail address.

The King's Birthday is December 5 (Father's Day, a national holiday) and a lot of Thai tourists go up north at this time (cold season, etc) and Mae Salong is a fairly popular spot. Sorry I can't recommend a place, maybe someone else can help.
