Do I need separate passport sized photos on arrival (flying into Addis?)

I haven't read anything about passport sized photos being required for the visa upon arrival at the international airport in Addis, but could someone please confirm for me?

Thanks!

I'll second that, no photo is required for visa on arrival.

However, if you are planning to buy a SIM card for your cell phone, you will need 2, plus 2 copies of your passport.

Thanks! I am planning on getting an Ethiopian SIM card, though I assume it's pretty easy and cheap to get passport photos done once I am there for that purpose (I remember photo places being set up all over Nairobi so I figure Addis is similar in that regard...)?

I just bought a car and needed photos for the title book. 6 passport photos were 20 birr (which is about $1.10) That seems to be the going rate. And yes, there are shops all over the place that do them.
