Richiavo made a good suggestion in #1. Look for an accomodation in Barajas. You could take a look at the web of booking (or any other similar one). Look for accomodations in Madrid, choose Barajas as district (on the left menu), select parking in facilities (on the left menu too) and you'll get a list with all the available options on your travel dates (I think you can sort them from cheapest to most expensive). You can also read user's reviews. Don't forget to verify if the parking is free or not, if it has surveillance or not...3

I can recommend Barajas but the hostals there do not usually offer parking.
