bdesh embassies refusing to give me visa question about visa on arrival

I am in nepal i went to bdesb embassy in nepal and asked for a bdesh tourist visa they said they cannot give me because I already have gotten 3 visas from them i told them i will go to the poliz to get it.
Is there any rule that foreighners can get so many bdesh visas? I talked to a lawyer and he said that is no rule.
The last time i tried to get a visa there for 3 months they gave me one month for the price of 3 months which is 140 us dollars and i had to tell them over and over i need 3 months and one month for that price is way too expensive.
I had to call a bangladeshi friend at that time to tell them i neded 3 months then they gave it.
Is there any way to talk to somebody who is the boss of them so they will be a little nicer to people asking for visas?
How long is the visa on arrival in bdesh good for? Is that arrival visa for a month and how mucb longer can you extend it?

I suspect there is a condition here. But check up for the details on VOA on posts from Mahmud. Note that they can refuse you on entry if they have a problem with you also. A visa is not a right & that crack about the police is ridiculous..

first of all , what nationality are you? visa costs depend on nationality and as far as i know there is no discussion on the price. a tourist usually gets one month, that you can extend in the country when you are there.

If you are in one of the nationalities allowed to avail of it, I think the VOA is good for 15 days or can be extended to 30. Mahmud knows more. Please note that even with a traditional visa you can be turned down upon arrival and chucked out of the country..

1) it's their embassy; threatening to go to the Nepali police will not make you any friends, nor will it have any influence.

2) the prices of visas can be increased or decreased as they see fit. it may hurt the hip pocket, but if you want to go there, play by their rules.

3) I have a feeling that the VoA is only up to 15-days. I don't know if it can be extended. And, as Edwardseco points out, there are some nationalities who cannot be given a VoA.

I'd be writing a PM to "Mahmud" asking for some clarifications.

As far as I know there is no visa fee for 3 MONTHS. There are 2 types of Visas..single entry and Multiple entries. The visa fee almost same in some cases. They charged you USD 140 and guess you are American. If so, this is single entry visa fee.

VOA is given for 4 weeks and after 4 weeks you can extend the visa again for more 4 weeks. Fee is same as you gave before.

This is not very important you report to the embassy after the arrival from Italy. ... want to give the visa then please give back to me my file and don't waste my time.
