Hi....http://www.stagecoachbus.com/PdfUploads/Timetable_22453_10,%2010A,%20X10.pdf
Service 27 goes from the airport to Aberdeen Centre, but it's not very regular....
0825, 0905, 1620,1705, 1828 and1855. journey time is 50 minutes.

If you'd googled Aberdeen airport you would have found this link http://www.aberdeenairport.com/transport-and-directions/buses-and-coaches which seems to answer your questions and provide your bus service6
For the record, then, a bus every 20 minutes into Aberdeen and the bus to Inverness (about everyhour) stops at the end of the airport road7
Firstly take the Jet Service 727 from Aberdeen Airport to AberdeenRunning 7 days a week from Aberdeen Bus Station to Aberdeen Airport Terminal with limited stops for a faster, more direct service. The service runs frequently from 0430 on weekdays, 0500 on Saturdays and 0630 on Sundays.
Fares: £2.70 single, £3.40 day return and £4.00 period return.
Secondly take the direct train from Aberdeen to Elgin (from 10.80 GBP single), which runs every hour. Check timetable & fares
There is also very inexpensive third option, from Aberdeen to Inverness you can travel by coach (ticket now costs from £ 1) The prices and timetable you can check here: megabus.com

It would help if you said what time you arrive in Aberdeen. It's not generally advisable to go into Aberdeen city centre as you're travelling in the opposite direction to Elgin and traffic can be extremely bad (considering that Aberdeen is not a big city) at rush hours.
Options:
Just get the 727 to the "airport road end" stop at which you can pick up the Inverness bus which will stop at Elgin
Get a cab or Jet Connect bus round to Dyce station (on the other side of the airport) and catch the train to Elgin. That's what I'd do.
Otherwise get the 727 all the way into Aberdeen then get the 10 or Megabus back out again.
The tragic thing is that Dyce station is right by the airport, but the terminal is on the other side, and as the airport is surrounded by industrial estates, traffic is dreadful around 4-6pm and 7-9am.
Unfortunately Dyce station and the branch line that had its junction there were closed in the era of the Beeching cuts, and by the time it was re-opened due to the growth of commuter traffic, the passenger terminal had been built around the other side of the runways.

Thanks for all the info. I've decided that Aberdeen is far too complicated (although a very nice city!) and booked a flight to Inverness instead!ADVERTISEMENT
