Where to cerify PP copies in UAE

Hi there,

I need to submit certified copies of my Indian passports (current as well as old) to New Zealand consulate - Dubai.

So where can I get the job done ? How much time can it take ? Money is not a problem as long as I get it done within shortest time possible.

My first preference would be in Abu Dhabi since I am employed there followed by Dubai.

Thank you in advance.

Somebody in the HR department at your workplace should be able to advise you. If it's your passport then I would assume only the Indian Embassy can certify the copies as authentic.

thnx Kali737,

I have checked with embassy of India but their reply was somewhat confussing. They informed me that they will attest only first, UAE visa and last PP page only but I need to certify all used pages of all PPs

Do you know any notary in Abu Dhabi who can do my job ?

The NZ embassy wants every single used page of your passport certified? to me that does not make any sense at all. How can the Indian embassy, or a notary, certify that a stamp from a particular country is valid? you could have been to twenty countries, is a notary going to know what all those countries' entry/exit stamps look like?

Are you sure you understood the NZ embassy correctly? if yes then maybe contact them again and explain the situation. You are trying to do what they want, hopefully they will help you. Good luck.

Hi Kali,

They want all PP pages certified, it means I have to take color copy of all pages (except blank) and get certified. Very strange you know. Anyway it is another trouble having Indian PP :( I am used to it.
