Places to stay in Mumbai

Can anyone recommend accommodation in Mumbai? I will be arriving at the airport late (11pm) and am hoping to stay in Colaba. Budget from 0-$60 USD. I've seen lots of options on websites/ in books but reviews inevitably seem to contradict each other. So far Sea Shore Hotel seems to be the best option...

Thanks!

There was another question on this forum recently and a good place was the YWCA: http://www.ywcaic.info/rates.htm

The prices are within your budget and, it includes all taxes and charges and, breakfast & dinner.

This place is located in Fort, which is very close to Colaba.

Hi! I'm going to Mumbai on 12th Oct. and I will stay in Residency Fort Hotel. It seems to be good.

I stayed at YWCA when I was in Mumbai last December. It has an institutional feel to it, but the place is clean, safe and around the corner from Coloba. For first time visitors to India, it is a safe first stop.
