piran to bovec or bled

Hi

Does anyone know if it is possible to go from Piran to Bovec, or Bled, via public transport without going via Ljubljana?

To Bled

Take the bus to Koper, from there the train to Jesenice via Sezanna, Diwaca and Nova Gorica. Get off at Bled Jezero. But it will take at least 4 hours, probably more.
