give some advice,the month of february is nice weather?and where in phillip

anyone can give me some advice,because my boyfriend comeback here next year february,where is the part of phillipines nice to visit for loveones a quite and nice place?have a beach not a crowded place.........
hope to here more advice to anyone pls.

do u want to travel there by plane or boat from manila ? there are many places like bohol/camiguin -samal island -davao how long u want to stay /budget etc?

February is normally pretty good weather evrywhere.
Nice quiet beaches?? Bantayan, Malapascua, Sipalay, Siquijor, Guimaras, Palawan, Siarago, Pagudpud, Marinduque, and many more..

How long do you have to travel when he returns? Also where are you located? Manila? Lots of good ideas out here if you give a little more detail.
