cambodia vs nam vs laos visas

Between these three countries,which is easiest and least costly for LONG TERM living in terms of visa requirements, extensions, red tape/hassles, etc?

Google search or here for visas for each of those countries and he'd have discovered a business visa for Cambodia would have been the easiest..

The sad part is the jerk doesn't even know he asked an unanswerable question as stated.

To answer it you would need to know his nationality and his intended method of supporting himself while living there. So I'm wondering just what advice he got elsewhere and whether it is even correct or not. LOL
