Turtles in Philippines

Hello,

I'm a big fan of turtles, and I'm always looking for opportunity to see them.
Looks like there are lots of turtles in Philippines, but I'm struggling to find the information about wild turtles watching/nesting/hatching, or best places to see them.
Any advice much appreciated.

Ask the Vietnamese fishermen around Palawan especially El Nido.
