Also it helps if you tell us a little about your interests and your travel style. And will you be leaving from Dubrovnik or heading someplace else?Without a car, you will be dependent upon buses which will limit slightly your options.

I thought it was worth my time to go into Albania, too. And definitely take some time in Croatia.In Montenegro, I loved Kotor and climbing the fortress.
