ATM Amman airportHi there,
just a quick question.
Is there an ATM before where you pay for your visa? Or is there only moneychangers?
We ususally try and avoid changing money at airports so if there's no ATM we might get some JD at home.
Can anyone confirm the visa is still JD20?
We hold a New Zealand and Austrian (not Australian) passport.

4I would never exchange money at the airport- the exchange rates are always a rip-off and that was the case in Queen Alia airport too.
We've taken £ and exchanged them in Jordan- the rate was slightly better than at home.
In the UK we are advised to avoid ATMs abroad as our banks add hefty charges, but I can't say what your bank is like.

5We also never exchange money at airports. We will get JD 40 here before we leave fo pay for our visas and then withdraw money from the ATM in the arrivals hall at Amman Airport. Our bank doesn't charge any fees for that, so that's handy :)
