ventimiglia to santa margherita ligure
I shall be staying near Biot mid September and want to get the train from Ventimiglia to Sa. Ma Ligure. Can anyone tell me if it will be necessary to book train tickets in advance. We are hoping to spend one night there, any recommendations would be great. Many thanks.1
Regional trains (4 hrs ride, fare 15 EUR) must not be booked in advance, whereas IC trains (3 1/2 hrs ride, 24 EUR) should be booked until about 10 min prior to departure, either at Cannes or at Ventimiglia.ADVERTISEMENT
