Already done it.....I've lived in Japan (2 years)...Malaysia (2 years). Now I'm living in Italy.That's my 3 favourite cuisines ;-)

The United States. Large immigrant populations make it a good mix of all kinds of international foods. You can find pretty much anything.6

Thailand. Amazing, amazing flavours. Or Malaysia, specifically Penang. I ate two lunches a day there because I couldn't decide what to have.14
#11 - OP asked for entire country, not one town or city. And a small-town USA potluck is one of the bets places anywhere to find delicious food (as well as those ubiquitous Jello salads...)
