Another Dentist in Delhi enquiry
Recently found out I need a new crown to replace an old one. I will be travelling through Thailand and India in August and there seem to be recommended dentists in both countries, but India's seem to cost about 25%-30% less.I see quite a few threads about dentistry in Delhi, many with different recommendations but some of the threads are 4 or 5 years old.
2 names which seem to be mentioned a few times though are :
Dr Kathuria at http://www.delhidental.com (his own site)
and
Dr Ajay Raj Bhagat at http://www.justhealth.in/Dentist/South-Delhi/Ajay_Raj (a generic site)
Does anyone have any specific experience of either of these dentists, good or bad? I only want to be in Delhi for as short a time as possible (as it's so hot in August) and would like to pre-book appointments before my arrival.
Therefore any recent information would be much appreciated. I'm also open to getting the work done in Thailand (Chiang Mai) but with so many dentists in both countries would rather have some advice on who to choose rather than guessing from web searches.

Also, given Delhi's comparative lack of hygiene, is this something I should take into account? I realize of course that quality dentists will have good hygiene, but wandering around in dirty places immediately afterwards and with the constant risk of bacteria etc. in India I wonder if Thailand would pose less risk.I have the choice of either country so assuming I pick a well recommended dentist, would it be wise to pay the extra to get the work done in Thailand?
