Payment in Advance to Tour Operators

We are requested to make a large deposit payment in advance to a Danish Tour Operator for a tour thru Greenland. We have not received a contract yet. I plan to request a brief contract in advance of making any deposit with the tour operator covering the basic understanding of intinerary, services to be performed and payment agreed upon. Any additional suggestions for facilitating this contract? Thank You.

You normally do not write a "contract" with tour operators in DK: There are so many regualtions and so much safety built into the system by the gov and Consumers Protection Board that you just need a clear description of what you are paying for (ands for extra safety - pay with a CC).
Make sure the operator is member of "Rejseganrantifonden".

If you post the name of the tour operator I can tell if I know if it is big and super trustworty company (like Greenland Travel/Grønlands Rejsebureau) or some that I know nothing about (not that this will disqualify, but..).

The Travel Facilitator is Arctic-Adventure and I have been exceptionally impressed with their knowledge of the Region and Professionalism. They also have the registration that you aknowledged per the Greenland Tourism Site.
